Jennifer Forster

Jennifer Forster joined Capital Associates in 2023 as Property Manager for The Arden. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of managing the community including property oversight, day-to-day operations, and customer service. She is experienced in project management and overseeing capital improvements as well as their financing. She has demonstrated expertise in working with contractors, maintenance operations, administrative, and budget preparation. Before joining Capital Associates, Jennifer had almost 10 years of experience in property management working with several multi-family residential communities as well as some commercial and HOA assets. Jennifer has a B.S. in industrial engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She holds her NC Brokers License, along with several property management accreditations (CAM, NALP).
