Kandee Harrell-Parker

Kandee joined Capital Associates in 2024 as a seasoned Property Manager with over 20 years of experience in commercial office, retail, and residential property management in the Triangle market.  Previously the Senior Property Manager for a large Raleigh area portfolio, Kandee and her team were responsible for leasing, managing, and maintaining 1,500,000 square feet of class A office and retail properties.

Her collaborative approach enables her to work effectively across multiple functions. Kandee is excited to provide outstanding customer service and establish solid tenant relationships at West Chase.
