Steve Turner

Steve joined Capital Associates in 2001 as Regional Manager for Capital’s Piedmont Triad Office. His responsibilities include serving as asset and leasing manager for the Renaissance Plaza and 800 Green Valley Road office buildings in Greensboro as well as Capital’s brokerage, consulting and development activities in the Triad region.

Steve has over thirty-two years corporate and commercial real estate experience coming from Wachovia Bank having served as senior real estate manager for acquisitions in the corporate facilities department. Steve was responsible for site and lease acquisitions for bank facilities in North Carolina, Virginia, South Florida, Manhattan, and Chicago.

Earlier, Steve served as real estate representative for Pepsico’s KFC restaurant division. Prior to his corporate and commercial real estate experience, Steve worked with the investment bank of Eppler Guerin and Turner in Houston, Texas.

Steve received his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and attended graduate school at the University of Houston. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Virginia. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of NAIOP  and serves on the board of the North Carolina Triad chapter.
