Jennifer Nixon

Jennifer joined Capital Associates in 2001 to manage Weston I, a 214,000 square foot Class A, “flagship” quality office building. Upon arriving at Capital, Jennifer was responsible for coordinating the renovations of Weston I from a single tenant to a multi-tenant building. During her time at Capital Associates, she has been responsible for all phases of day-to-day building operations and maintenance, tenant fit ups, and major capital and building improvements for a wide variety of ownerships.

Jennifer has a good understanding of the Triangle market, where she has been managing office buildings for over twenty five years. Prior to joining Capital Associates, Jennifer previously worked for Property Resources, CB Richard Ellis, and Tri Properties, where she was responsible for property management, tenant fit ups and asset management of Class A suburban and downtown Raleigh properties.

Jennifer has a current North Carolina Real Estate license and has her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
