Frances Anderson

Frances joined Capital Associates in 2023 as Marketing Coordinator. In her role, she works with the brokerage, property management, and administration teams to lead the company’s marketing and advertising efforts. This includes organizing marketing campaigns, promoting brand awareness, designing new business proposals, managing social media accounts, and analyzing industry market data. Beyond her marketing responsibilities, she runs company events, oversees philanthropic sponsorships, and provides administrative support.

Prior to joining Capital Associates, Frances attended the University of South Carolina where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and Finance. Originally from eastern North Carolina, she now lives in Raleigh.
