Henry Nicholson

Henry is a Development Associate with Capital Associates. He is responsible for sourcing and closing new acquisitions and development opportunities, while ushering existing projects through acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and stabilization.

Prior to joining the Capital Associates team, Henry spent more than 5 years on the sales team at CoStar Group, where he provided information, analytics, and marketing services to the commercial real estate industry. During his tenure he grew strong relationships with local, national, and international enterprises, helping them to reach their real estate goals more efficiently and effectively.

Henry is a Raleigh native who graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Economics and Business and a minor in Music Theory. He is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.
