Kim Gandelman

Kim joined Capital Associates in 2002 as a property administrator for 10 properties, including The Exchange at Meadowmont, The Summit, Springfield Place, and Plaza Place. In 2003, Kim assumed the responsibility as Property Manager for The Exchange at Meadowmont, Franklin Street Trust, Springfield Place, Plaza Place and Systel. Her responsibilities include overseeing all phases of building operations and maintenance as well as tenant fit-up construction for over 300,000 square feet of Class A office space. Currently, Kim’s portfolio of buildings includes the Medical Plaza at Rex, The Summit and Biomedical Partnership Center. Kim’s past commercial real estate experience includes paralegal work and on-site construction office manager assignments with TA Loving (GC) on several projects including Glenaire Retirement Community in Cary and Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
