Macky Guilherme began his commercial real estate career as an Analyst at Highwoods Properties before transitioning into property management. Macky managed a nine-building medical office park which quickly developed into overseeing 617,000 square feet of Class A office space for Highwoods on Weston Parkway in Cary, North Carolina. As President of the 925-acre Weston Property Owners’ Association, Macky served 41 commercial, industrial, and residential owners.While Regional Property Manager for two property portfolios, Macky maintained sole responsibility for the management of Red Hat’s global headquarters. Bringing a diverse background in corporate asset management, facilities management, high-rise central business district office, medical office, low-rise suburban office, and various types of owner’s association experience, Macky joined Capital Associates as the Director of Property Management in August 2016.
