Maria Moon

Maria joined Capital Associates in 1999 as a property administrator in the corporate office, working directly with the Director of Property Management.  Her property management experience includes a diverse range of overseeing all phases of building operations and maintenance, implementing policies and procedures, and regulation of the physical property.  Currently her portfolio consists of nearly 400,000 square feet of Class A office space in Raleigh and Cary, including Crescent Lakeside I and Crescent Lakeside II.  Maria demonstrates a commitment for excellent tenant services as well as exemplary owner representation.  She currently serves on the board of the Crescent Property Owner’s Association as the President and works to keep the Crescent Park at the highest standards. Maria moved to North Carolina in 1980 while in high school and went on to attend the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  She has a B.S. degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Accounting. Maria’s community involvement includes B.A.C.A. and Habitat for Humanity.
