Susan Bowker

Susan joined Capital Associates in 2024 as Property Manager of The Grove and Health Park. Prior to joining Capital Associates, Susan was responsible for managing 555 Mangum in Downtown Durham and Carolina Square in Chapel Hill.

Susan’s current responsibilities include overseeing all phases of building operations, budgeting, and maintenance. She is also active with RTP Volleyball League, where she has served as President, Vice President, and currently as Treasurer. Susan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Minor in Financial Services from East Carolina University. She has a North Carolina broker license and Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
