Trisha Selby

Trisha Selby joined Capital Associates in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager. In this role, she aids in the efficient management of commercial properties, contributing to daily operations, tenant relations, and overall property performance. She gained hands-on experience in 5+ years of residential property management, where she established strong skills in tenant communication, lease administration, and property maintenance. Additionally, her experience as a Development Project Coordinator has given her a strong foundation in project planning, budgeting, and managing contractors and vendors to ensure successful project completion.

With a positive mindset and a passion for supporting property owners, managers, and tenants, Trisha is committed to ensuring the seamless operation of commercial properties and enhancing their overall value. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems from Iowa State University and minors in Agronomy and Horticulture. She lives in Raleigh NC with her family.
