Throughout our relationship with Capital Associates, the project has maintained a 90 to 95% occupancy rate with rate increases almost every year. With Capital Associates’ help, the building has just completed a very successful multi-million dollar lobby renovation and the building is well positioned to increase rates even more in the future.
