Services in this arena range from serving as expert witnesses, court-appointed receivers, to managing and selling real estate assets for creditors. Capital Associates partners began serving in an official capacity on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in the early 2000’s, and have been actively involved in some of the largest cases in the Triangle area since (i.e. The Wade Office Complex, Seaboard Station).
